Our Mission

Our Mission is to solve complex social problems in collective impact communities.

Eyes Front as an organisation embodies its title! It is a drill command used to bring the action of getting the troops in perfect lines, off the marker, end to end. The command signifies that the troops are ready to move forward as they have now been organised. It is also a coaching method used in most goal setting modalities. If you imagine how difficult it is to walk forward, without tripping over, when you are looking over your shoulder then you will understand what we are all about.
